My next show is in Dalton, and last year someone there asked for a painting of a skunk. So I painted a skunk today; just a quick little thing between work on a big full-sheet of a couple of kids on the beach. This is 5" by 7", watercolour.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I once saw a lady at a flea market with her pet skunk sitting on her shoulder and she let me pet him. I guess they remove the scent glands and they're supposedly pretty smart and she litter trained it. It was so sweet
